In the heart of the Pyrenees Orientales at the foot of Canigou, Vernet-les-Bains’ spa resort is located at an altitude of 650m. It is a sunny, authentic village that clings onto the mountains and is sheltered from winds. "La Barraca" is located 10 minutes ‘walk from the supermarket and 15 minutes from the thermal baths and village centre. It is a recent 40m2 detached house situated on the ground floor and adjoining the owners' house. It consists of a living-room/open-plan kitchen facing south and east, overlooking a terrace surrounded by a 130m2 garden, south facing bedroom and bathroom with large shower. Its quality equipment is functional : secure Wifi, numerous storages, sofa, 160 TEMPUR bedding, office area in the bedroom ... Duvet, sheets, towels and house linen are provided.
